So I Guess This Is It
It's crazy to think how I got involved in all of this. When this website first started, it was forum, I was still a middle school student, and the original owner of this place was NintendoDSG. I was only hosting the add-on website, and circa 2007, this place became known as VGLAN, a network of video game websites, and the forum flourished into a great community. We had our ups and downs, but I think it's worth noting the friends we met and how much we learned from each other in such a small place on the Internet. Eventually, this forum died out the summer of 2010, and I closed it down.
Since our previous web host went down, we are not able to recover any previous files whatsoever, so in turn, we've lost all previous forum data, which leaves no place to go to. Aside from these events as well, Alvin-Earthworm himself has announced he no longer wishes to partake in making any new episodes for the Super Mario Bros. Z series. In light of these new developments, I see myself no longer updating this website in the foreseeable future as I would have nothing to add here. You are free to browse and watch previous episodes of the series at your viewing pleasure, although how long this website stays up really depends on how willing I am to pay for this domain, and if I'm also willing to do something with this place in the future.
Thank you all so much. It was an amazing run, and I, just as much as you guys, enjoyed the SMBZ series while it lasted, and the friends I've made as a result of sharing this common interest. It really, really pains me to see such an amazing series go, and a lot of really nice memories, but eventually, we all have to move on someday.
